For your meeting, 45 minutes will be blocked in your calendar. However, the actual duration of the appointment will naturally depend on you and your concerns.

For many of our clients, it is difficult to schedule appointments during typical office hours. That’s why we also offer meetings outside of office hours.

If you decide to start with froots, we will help you register if you wish and then take care of everything on an ongoing basis. You can make changes and track your portfolio development at any time via your customer portal.

How will I be informed by froots?

We are here for you personally. You can choose whether to come to our office or conveniently speak with us online.

We always address your personal situation and questions. Additionally, we are happy to tell you everything about froots, explain how we invest, and together we will determine if we meet your needs.


How should I prepare for the meeting?

There is no right or wrong here, no matter where you stand. We cater to you individually.

If you already have specific goals and concerns, feel free to share them with us when booking your appointment.

If you plan to open your first account with froots together, please also bring your photo ID. Non-Austrian citizens need to bring their passport.

You can also come to our information session without extensive preparation. We will delve into the topic with you.


Will there be any costs for the information session?

No, our information sessions are always free and non-binding.


Do I need to have a meeting to become a customer?

No, our information session is an optional service offering.

If you feel well-informed and already know what you want, you can easily complete your registration online and start with froots.

If you still have questions or would simply like to meet us in person, feel free to schedule your personal meeting.


Can I bring someone to the appointment?

Of course.

Whether it's your partner, your children, parents, or close friends, you can bring anyone to the appointment with whom you feel comfortable discussing your finances.
